Clear terms for confident investing

Welcome to Ijeawele Invest. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IjeaweleInvest.com website and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, registering an account on, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Your use of the Platform also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time — your continued use after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to register or use our Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

The Service is intended for personal use. You may not use the Platform on behalf of another person or entity unless legally authorised to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

Our Platform is accessible globally. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our service complies with any local laws or regulations that apply to you. We reserve the right to limit or restrict access for any user, region, or jurisdiction where use of the Service would violate applicable law.

Access is provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend or restrict access periodically to perform maintenance and will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant downtime where feasible.

By registering an account, you can take advantage of the following key services:

• Investment Plans: Asset-backed investment vehicles (hire purchase arrangements for cars, buses, tricycles, motorcycles, etc.) with a specified Return on Investment (ROI) and term length. All plans are presented with transparent terms before you commit.
• User Wallet: A secure digital wallet where your funds are held. All ROI payouts are credited to your wallet. You can view your balance and transaction history at any time.
• Deposits and Withdrawals: Free and flexible. There is no minimum deposit or minimum withdrawal amount. We do not charge platform fees for deposits or withdrawals of uninvested funds. (Your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are outside our control.)
• Referral Program: Earn rewards by inviting others to join Ijeawele Invest through your unique referral link. Referral abuse — including fake accounts, spam, or misrepresentation — is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

• No Minimum Deposit or Balance: Start hire purchase with any amount you are comfortable with, and withdraw any available funds at any time.
• Free Deposits & Withdrawals: No platform fees are charged for depositing or withdrawing uninvested funds.
• Lock-In Period for Invested Funds: Once committed to an investment plan, funds enter a lock-in period for the duration of that investment. Early withdrawal of invested principal is not permitted under normal circumstances, as the funds are deployed to acquire and operate assets.
• Guaranteed ROI: Each investment plan carries a guaranteed Return on Investment — a contractual obligation of the Company to pay the returns as promised, not subject to market fluctuation. ROI can be up to 45% annually, depending on the plan chosen.
• Payout Schedules: Choose from weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or end-of-term payout schedules when you invest. The schedule is fixed once chosen and cannot be changed during an active investment cycle.
• ROI Crediting: Earned returns are credited to your wallet on each scheduled payout date. These credited funds can be withdrawn freely or reinvested. Your principal remains invested until the end of the term.
• Return of Principal: Upon completion of the investment term, your original principal is returned to your wallet, together with any final ROI payout where applicable.
• Taxes: Any returns you earn may be subject to taxes under the laws of your country of tax residence. It is your responsibility to understand and meet your tax obligations. We do not provide tax advice.

By using Ijeawele Invest, you agree NOT to engage in the following:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Creating accounts with false information, impersonating others, or engaging in any form of deceit or illegal investment scheme.
• Multiple or Fake Accounts: Creating duplicate accounts for dishonest purposes or to abuse promotions.
• Hacking and Security Breaches: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or data, or uploading malware or disruptive code.
• Abusive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff, partners, or other users in any form.
• Illegal Activities: Using the platform for money laundering, financing terrorism, or handling proceeds of crime. All deposited funds must come from legitimate sources.
• Manipulation: Attempting to alter investment outcomes, ROI, or metrics on the platform through any unauthorised means.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to access the platform or collect data without permission.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Reselling or leasing our services, or using the platform to advertise external products without prior written consent.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of investments or referral rewards, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Note that closing your account while funds are actively invested may impact your ability to access those funds until the investment cycle completes.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, provide false information, or if we believe your account poses a security risk.

Any uninvested wallet funds remaining at termination will be returned to your linked bank account, subject to legal requirements. Provisions on Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the website, sending an email to your registered address, or notifying you via the app or dashboard. Updated Terms will carry a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance. Changes will not retroactively alter the ROI terms of any active investment already in progress.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that proceeds to court shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria. If you access the Platform from outside Nigeria, mandatory consumer protections in your local laws apply to the extent they cannot be waived by agreement.

1. Amicable Resolution: Contact us first. Both parties agree to spend at least 30 days attempting to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before escalating.
2. Arbitration:If negotiations fail, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, conducted in Lagos in the English language. The arbitrator’s award will be final and binding.
3. Court Litigation: If arbitration is not pursued or a claim is not arbitrable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
4. Class Action Waiver: All proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against us.
5. Time Limit: Any claim arising out of these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the events giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ijeawele Invest regarding your use of the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Relationship of Parties: You and Ijeawele Invest are independent contracting parties. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English text shall govern.
